Account & Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data at any time. The details differ by app.

The Cage

How to request deletion

Send an email to marvin.gruessinger.dev@gmail.com with the subject line:

"Data Deletion Request – The Cage"

Please include your display name in the email so we can identify your account.

What will be deleted

  • Your display name
  • Your profile photo (if uploaded)
  • Your check-in status and shift claims
  • Any board posts you have created

Retention

We will process your request within 30 days. No data is retained after deletion.

Partial deletion

If you'd like to remove only specific data (e.g. your profile photo or board posts) without deleting your full account, mention this in your email and we will handle it accordingly.

Camping Village

Camping Village does not create an account for festival-goers and does not store personal data about you on our servers. Your plan and favourites are saved only on your device — uninstalling the app removes them completely, with nothing to delete on our side.

How to request deletion

If you are a festival organiser / staff member, or otherwise believe we hold data relating to you, email marvin.gruessinger.dev@gmail.com with the subject line:

"Data Deletion Request – Camping Village"

Retention

We will process any such request within 30 days.
